The Problem Lali had.
Lali Silver Jewellery had been operating successfully since 1970. The products sold well. Customers trusted the brand. The physical store had a loyal customer base. But the business had a structural growth problem. For several years leading up to 2021, the store had been experiencing declining sales. The problem wasn’t the product, demand already existed. The problem was that 100% of revenue depended on a single physical store. There was no e‑commerce store, no digital marketing, no customer retention system, and $0 online revenue. Meanwhile, customers across the country were actively searching online for jewellery products Lali already sold, but they had no way to buy. Our job was simple: build a digital eco-system from scratch and turn it into a scalable growth engine.
The Solution.
We built Lali’s digital revenue channel from the ground up. We launched their first e‑commerce store, created a high‑converting buying experience, and implemented a full growth system: paid acquisition, conversion optimisation, and email retention.
